This week we documented the Bryant Bulldogs Football team and interviewed senior Defensive Back and captain Addison Lynch '11.
A special thanks to both Addison Lynch and Coach Fine for providing us with footage.

You should put the videos on your blog because when people click on the link it directs them away from website. It would be better for people to stick to your website if you did that.
ReplyDeleteHey Bryant Sports Buzz! I found this video to be very informative, but also laid back and fun. I think that Addison really gave prospective football players the chance to learn about what the program has to offer, as well as the friendships that bond the team together.
ReplyDeleteAnd I totally agree with what Mikala said. I also think that if you leave the link on your page, people would be less likely to stay on YouTube, and not come back to your page.
Great work!
I agree with both of the comments made above. A few interest pictures as well a quick explanation of the focus of the videos might also make readers want to watch them and interact in a meaningful way with your blog.
ReplyDeleteGreat job Bryant Sports Buzz! I also thought the interview with Addison was great for prospective football players. It really showed the passion behind the Bryant football team. In addition to posting the video on your wall, I think that it may also be helpful to give a short synopsis of the interview above the video post. This may get your readers more excited about watching the video post and may incline them to watch it.

Sorry for the double comment!
ReplyDeleteGood job with the video blogs. It’s a great idea to follow sports teams at Bryant and get an insider’s view of their sport. I thought the interview was relaxed and informative. I liked how the video was put together also. The beginning intro with the music and the pictures was a good way to introduce the interview. The footage being shown while Brent gave some background about the season was also informative. Overall I think the video blog was very interesting and a good idea. Good work!

I think your blog completely covers what it says in the intro to every video. This whole site is great for current students, prospective athletes and bulldog fans. It really does capture different aspects of Bryant athletics in a way that is informative and interesting.
ReplyDeleteI do agree with the above comments though on how it would be nice to have the video right on the site so it doesn't direct your attention away. Unless of course it doesn't fit which is understandable.

I agree with Wade that having the video on the site would be better(i'm assuming it wasn't uploading) A picture in that post would help liven it up since the video is in a different location.

Great Bryant Sports Buzz! I really like how you chose to interview Addison Lynch as well as put in video clips of the team playing. All of your interview questions were very well thought out and seemed well rehearsed. Addison answered them succinctly which made the video appealing and easy to pay attention to.
ReplyDeleteI also agree with the previous comments but as said, it is understandable if the page simply would not let you upload your video straight to the page. If this was the case then maybe you could add a few more pictures to your site!
Once again, great job
